With the enactment of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Law No. 7223 on Product Safety and Technical Regulations, strict regulations and penalties have been introduced to enhance consumer protection. Within this framework, Özocak & Altun Law and Consultancy provides legal services to consumers by informing them of their rights, while also offering preventive legal services to producers and businesses in the retail sector to help them avoid penalties.
